Heading up the Alliance City Living team, Rowan has lived and breathed Property Management his whole career. Following his graduation from university with a degree in construction management and real estate management, Rowan got straight to work in the property industry. Since then, he has amassed a vast amount of experience.
Rowan started out managing a portfolio of 300 homes in West Yorkshire for a nationally-recognised agent, and progressed into creating brand new lettings teams for key developers in Manchester and Liverpool.
This makes Rowan the perfect person to lead the Alliance City Living team and ensure that every landlord and resident we work with gets our first-class service.
Having managed the portfolios of more than 300 high net worth individuals for China’s largest banking group over the past decade, Sophie is every landlord and property investor’s dream when it comes to maximising their asset.
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, Sophie’s extensive experience with investor relations and customer services makes her ideal for her role as Investor Relationship Coordinator at Alliance City Living. Sophie is on hand to all of our landlords, acting as their dedicated point of contact for any portfolio management queries.
Having managed and overseen the operations of some of the UK’s most well-known sporting and leisure facilities, Neil is our man on the ground making sure every building in our portfolio looks as good as the day we opened the doors.
With vast experience from places such as the HSBC UK National Cycling Centre, the National Squash Centre, Tamworth Snowdome and the DeVere Belfry under his belt, there is no problem he isn’t able to fix.
Neil is the dedicated resource for any questions and leads the concierge, housekeeping and maintenance teams on day-to-day operations. He is your point of contact when it comes to reporting any problems with the building or your apartment.
