Meet team Manchester – Dominic and Naomi

Team hero

When you live in an apartment managed by Alliance City Living, you are so much more than just a resident. We want to get to know you so we can be there to help with everything you need – so it’s only fair you get to know who we are too.

Our brilliant team know that where you live is about more than just somewhere to sleep and leave your things. They work hard every day to create a community and living environment which is truly special.

Our Manchester team is made up of two of the best in the business (not that we are biased or anything). These guys are on hand to our residents from the minute they enquire and throughout their experience with us. We think its important to put a face to the name – so below you can read a little bit more about the team who help to make Alliance City Living the best in class.

Dominic Webster

Dom is our in-house lettings expert and committed to matching you with an apartment that reflects who you are and how you want to live.

With vast experience as a lettings negotiator across both London and Manchester, Dom knows everything there is to know about UK property and city centre markets and prides himself on providing the sort of personalised service which sets Alliance City Living apart.

With his knowledge of Manchester, we ask Dom to give us his top Manchester recommendations:

  • Alabama’s All American Eatery – “A popular Northern Quarter spot serving fried chicken, pancakes and everything in between. A great spot for brunch, lunch or dinner.”
  • Almost Famous – “Another Northern Quarter recommendation, these might well be the best burgers in town – and the cocktail menu is pretty special too.”
  • Alberts Schloss – “The website says this German beer hall is for ‘indulgence, pleasure and debauchery’ – and that sounds about right! Always packed with people having a great time, this is an essential stop on any city centre night out.”

Naomi Kokoigi

Naomi brings extensive administrative and customer relations experience to Alliance City Living, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.

Having lived and worked in Manchester for 16 years, Naomi has an unrivalled knowledge of the city centre and is our go-to for recommendations – so much so that when we asked for three, she sent over an extra one on top:

  • The Refinery – “I love The Refinery because it’s such a laid-back place which can be hard to find in Spinningfields! Add in a distinctive seasonal food menu, and this is a favourite place to spend an afternoon or evening.”
  • Albert’s Shed – “Castlefield is such a beautiful part of the city, and it’s hard to think of a better way to spend a day than at Albert’s Shed by the water – especially in the summer!”
  • Dukes 92– “It’s next to Albert’s Shed, and has a slightly different vibe. The stunning design of the place and the carefully crafted food and wine menus make this an ideal spot for dinner.”
  • The Ivy – “Having opened just over a year ago, The Ivy is a relatively new addition to the Spinningfields restaurant scene, but it has already established itself as one of Manchester’s best restaurants. It’s an impressive place which is perfect for special occasions.”
