Our parking permit system is now in operation at Park Gate. Please display your pass clearly on your dashboard and only use your allocated space. Anyone using the incorrect space will incur a penalty fine.
What happens if I lose my pass?
Please speak to the front of house team in person or via the Alliance City Living app who can reorder a parking permit for you. Include your full name, apartment number and parking space number. One pass re-issue will be free any additional re-issues will incur a small charge.
I have received a fine how do I pay it?
Please follow the instructions on the back of the paper document on your fine for the payment process.
Can a guest use my space?
A guest can use your parking space if you are not. They will need to display the parking permit clearly on the dashboard and you will need to notify the front of house team in person or via the app of their registration plate.
I am unsure of my allocated space?
Please speak to the front of house team who will be able to show you your allocated car parking space.
Someone has used my parking space?
Please notify the front of house team if you find another vehicle using your allocated space.
I have received a fine but I was parked in the correct space?
If you have received a fine but you were parked in the correct space, please notify the front of house team who can organise for the fine to be cancelled and check the parking system has your correct details in.
