Social events you can join from the sofa

ACL Website Hero wine

This at-home isolation period is becoming the new norm, and it looks like it's not going to change anytime soon. I'm sure everyone is missing friends and family and being able to go out for cocktails on the weekend.

But fear not – the events and hospitality industry has been thinking outside the box to provide some fun-filled activities which can be brought direct to your front room!

Virtual wine tasting

Praise be to Elliot Awin and the team at Pull The Cork who are bringing wine tasting to your living room on a Saturday night! All you need to do is head to the Pull the Cork website to order their virtual wine tasting kit, set it up and sip along to their Instagram live stream.

Invite your friends to join you, and you can discuss your favourites, you can also bond over the shared hangover the next day. Remember when you said you were going to learn useful skills while you were in quarantine?
